Health Story

I have many issues: DYSLXIA, disintergations on spinal disks in the neck! Puch! COPD, high blood pressure, inherited Dupuytren's Disease, CPTSD, and mental distress issues, among many other interrelated conditions. I try to live every day with my glass half full and to be grateful. As I have to mangage my myself.
