Rebuilding my heart whilst spinning the plates of life!

Health Story

Diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy on 1/02/2011, my (then) only child was 6 & my ejection fraction was just 11. I worked for Bupa even then & had six months off during treatment. This doodle is an imperfect yet beautiful heart being rebuilt piece by piece, while the circles represent the plates of life still spinning around it. I’ve faced several challenges since & doodling helps my anxiety & focus equally! I continue to build my health and spin those plates to the best of my ability!
