Managing Health is of utmost importance. I have Fibromyalgia which causes wide spread pain in my body, all the time. Due to this pain, Insomnia is high as well as Chronic Fatigue. Brain fog, confusion, forgetfulness, exhaustion are all conditions that are invisible to see, but so much impact in day to day life. This image attempts to capture this pain
