One day you feel a pain, which you try to ignore. You carry on with your daily life until you can't take it anymore. Little by little, it intensifies and ends in surgery and a long recovery. And suddenly, you find yourself in a wheelchair, filled with uncertainty and dependent on others. You long for it all to be over soon and dream of regaining your privacy, of doing things for yourself again, without pain, and of relaxing in a soothing bath back home.
