The Art of Letting Go
Health Story
At 23, I went through a period of significant health challenges that affected my nervous system and sense of self. I found it difficult to accept that my health might now impact my future aspirations. During recovery, I began painting patterns instinctively, almost meditatively. At first, it was simply something to do. Over time, creating patterns became a language I used to process what I was going through. This creative practice helped me to let go of my old identity and embrace my new life.
