Saving a sinking ship

I have dilated cardiomyopathy, stage three kidney disease and live with asthma from a child. I work full time as a senior social worker. Some days I can cope others I’m falling apart and feel as though some days are rough seas. I painted this after a day of work masking how fatigued and unwell I felt in the event to help others. I came home and thought how do I continue? This represent me in rough seas with some light and my husband as the ship in the foreground coming rescue me!
